Secondly, participants learn basic and effective self-defense techniques to create windows to escape a violent encounter. Finally, attendees learn about the many different types of nonlethal personal protection devices and even get to practice with a few of them.
This class is taught at the beginner level, and no previous experience is necessary. The course material is geared towards women's self-defense situations and techniques.
